The storm hit the region of Latin America surprisingly early in the year. It resulted in 15,000 damaged vehicles: the largest single order ever awarded in the history of gentle repair of hail damage. Given our years of tried and tested experience in the industrial handling of mass damages, there was only one solution – DRS.
With a workforce of over 600 people, all 15,000 vehicles were repaired in just 7 weeks. This meant that DRS achieved a feat never seen before and an unofficial world record was set. The key factor, however, was the customer’s satisfaction in terms of quality and process reliability: here, too, DRS was able to impress across the board.
